The Colington Harbour Covenants were created by Colony Developers, Inc. when Colington Harbour was formed. They were amended in 1992 and again in 2005. They describe the requirements and limitations of what you can do with your property. This is the link to the full document: CHA Protective Covenants. These covenants can only be changed with the approval of two thirds (2/3) of the voting members who are voting in person or by proxy at a meeting duly called for this purpose, written notice of which shall be sent to all members at least thirty (30) days in advance, and shall set forthe the purpose of the meeting.
