Colington Harbour amenities open to all residents include:
Soundfront park with pavilion, sandy beaches, a playground, sheltered picnic areas, and a designated dog park;
Marina with launching ramp plus boat slips for rent;
Additional common areas including dog parks on Kitty Hawk Bay, next to the Clubhouse. and on Sir Hart Court.
Optional membership in the Colington Harbour Yacht and Racket Club (CHRYC), including use of the two outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and community clubhouse, is available for an additional annual fee.
Property owners also have access to the community maintenance yard on Colington Road opposite the modular section.
